Board & Train Consultation

Before recommending a training plan, we'd love to spend some time understanding your dog as an individual – their behaviour, history, environment, and the challenges you're experiencing.​

Conducted via FaceTime or WhatsApp, this 2-hour consultation is the first step towards developing a clear, tailored training plan for your dog through our Behavioural Rehabilitation or Puppy Immersion programs.​

​

​During your consultation, we will cover the following:

​

  • Behavioural Assessment:
    Identify the underlying causes of your dog's challenges and explain what needs to be done to create real transformation.

​​

  • Goal Alignment:
    Discuss your expectations and priorities, and establish what success looks like for you and your dog.

​

  • Program Duration:
    Recommend the ideal program length based on your dog's specific needs.

​

  • Tool Overview:
    Demonstrate how training tools are introduced and used humanely, responsibly, and effectively.

​

  • Expected Outcomes:
    Provide a realistic overview of your dog's potential progress and what improvements you can expect to see by the end of the program.

​

  • Post-Graduation Roadmap:
    Outline a step-by-step game plan for setting your dog up for lifelong success, including how and when you can gradually transition away from training tools.

  • Q&A:
    Answer your questions and provide the clarity needed for you to make a fully informed decision.

We will be happy to assist with finding an alternative time whenever possible. This will also help you avoid paying unnecessary cancellation fees.

For cancellations:

​If you need to cancel your consultation, the following refund policy applies:

​

  • More than 48 hours' notice: Full refund (less 4% processing fee*)

  • 24–48 hours' notice: 50% refund (less 4% processing fee*)

  • Less than 24 hours' notice: Non-refundable

​

*Processing fee is the non-refundable fee imposed by the payment processor.
