We provide a premium boutique style dog training service. We only accept a very small number of dogs in a month. All dogs are treated like our own personal dogs in a family setting, not in a warehouse or an industrial facility.

We do not use other hired trainers. The training that you paid for will be conducted entirely by Founder and Head Trainer, Richard Chan, from start to finish.
 
We have decided to keep our family business small and exclusive so we can maintain the highest level of care and deliver unparalleled results of the utmost standard to all our clients.

A consultation is the first step in registering your dog in our board and train program. It will be conducted virtually via FaceTime (iOS), or WhatsApp (Android). 

During this 2-hour consultation session, we will evaluate the behaviours, go over how long is needed for your dog's rehabilitation, explain my training methods and the training equipment that I may use (such as prong collar, electronic collar, crate), discuss your dog's special needs, go over what you need to do after your dog comes back home, and answer any questions you may have.

If all goes well, training can usually start in 3-8 weeks, depending on the waiting list at the time.
